1. How long does shipping take?

Shipping usually takes 7–12 business days within the United States and 10–20 business days internationally.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and tracking link.


3. Can I change or cancel my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After that, processing may already begin.


4. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately. If your order has not been shipped, we will update the address. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee changes.
