Return & Exchange Policy

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Items must be returned with original packaging and tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

Please note that items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Final sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer

3. Return Process

Include your order number and reason for return. Our support team will provide you with return instructions and the return address.

Please do not send items back without prior authorization, as this may delay or void your return.


4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time may take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.


7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Provide clear photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
